Sakura Blossom at Horishima

Madame Wally Wallace

I’ve been to hospital, Phramongkutklao Hospital, since yesterday as aunty had her broken leg follow up and she need to be sedated for MRI – I am here be her aunty-sit. Everything went fine since yesterday. Even we’ve been waiting for almost long time as our appointment was made 09:00am. My phone battery died and we could check to a room about 1pm but it’s not that bad so.

But it’s good to have a room with perfect Phaholyothin area’s view.

Phramongkutklao Hospital is not such afar from Victory monument where Madame Wally Wallace own her resident around. So she said, she would be please to drop and buy me a dinner. Well, I was almost labouring moment as my tummy baby had his food for the whole day but I can’t deny it.

She shown up 6pm after work. We ran to each other, making joke, and seeking something – some fine, fine, fine dining and end up at one not much expensive Japanese restaurant. As hospital shall close a ward 8pm – it’s little be rush but it’s good to have small talk and be with her, again. Remember the one whom open up my heart with her song and laughing? Yes, her name is Madame Wally Wallace.

We walked back and so have to take our own route return our destination. No surprise, Madame Wally Wallace sang me Happy Birthday song. Yes, by a street side – again, she had my day.

She is an angel.

We’ve been share the same secondary school, high school, university but different room and faculty. Sound bad to be said, we never been ever closer – sound like not such a good friend so. Unluckily, we’ve met once as I have to submit visa application as her office building – she buy me a drink and later, as her office not much afar from my home, we frequently been for dinner.

There’s nothing much then. – we met up sometime, by chance, by moment, and by accident. But most of everything, every time always a funny moment. I always play a bossy part and she always role her Cinderella way.

The best scene maybe night I had travel back to my father’s funeral. COVID era – no good transportation choice available. Train is just one and only chance. Beside Kung and Shun whom lovingly came to share my moment – it’s Madame Wally Wallace came with my bento and also running for water and glass of ice.

Shun said, and still says, you’re very bossy to her.

The best funny but worth a tear moment was departure time. I’ve found someone kept running following a train – waving good bye. I laugh then I cry – this funny woman is my, one and only, Madame Wally Wallace.

So, sometime, whenever I feel bad, I feel down, I feel really worthless – I still got my little light and shiny thing. I’ve got Madame Wally Wallace. One whom heaven sent me from above. She also had her dream lover Mr Wallace and still enjoy meditation. She had her good life worth to envy.

It’s so good to be Madame Wally Wallace.
